You can learn to run in just 8 weeks. This program is geared towards people who are currently inactive or new to walking /running.
Be taught how to run properly by a professional running coach in a fun & supportive atmosphere. Enjoy fun & challenging running programs designed to improve your running & cardiovascular performance. Push yourself outside your comfort zone and find a new love for running. Your running training program will be designed to make running easier and even prepare you for a 5km or an event such as the Cork City Marathon or Mini marathon.
